This policy explains how JZNI International Holdings LLC, doing business as TFM Capital (“TFM Capital,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or submit a funding request. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past. The short version: we collect what we need to place your financing, we share it only with your consent, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you submit a funding request we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, phone number, email address, requested funding amount, revenue range, and anything you tell us about your needs. If your file moves forward, your advisor may collect additional information with your consent, such as business bank statements and details needed for underwriting. We also collect basic technical data automatically, such as pages visited and approximate device type, to understand how the site performs.
How we use it
- To respond to your funding request and advise you on options
- To present your file to lending partners, only after you approve which partners may see it
- To communicate with you about your request
- To operate, secure, and improve this website
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your application with lead networks. We do not blast your file to lender lists. Your information exists to get you funded, and for no other commercial purpose.
Communications consent
By submitting a funding request with the consent box checked, you agree that TFM Capital may contact you about your request by phone, text message, and email, including through automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of receiving funding. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of email through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Who we share it with
Lending partners you approve, service providers who help us operate (such as email delivery and website hosting, bound by confidentiality), and authorities where the law requires it. Lending partners make their own credit decisions and handle your information under their own privacy policies once you proceed with them.
Credit inquiries
Prequalification uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. No hard credit inquiry happens through us without your explicit written consent.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as needed to serve your request and meet legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention requirements. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, may have additional rights such as knowing what categories of information we collect and requesting deletion. To exercise any right, contact us at funding@tfm.capital. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand which pages help people. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
