TFM Capital is an independent commercial financing desk. We place working capital, term debt, SBA loans, equity lines, and real estate financing from $25K to $5M for American businesses, through a vetted network of lending partners.
The industry we work in runs on volume: applications blasted to lender lists, twenty sales calls a day, prices revealed only after the pitch. We built the desk to run on the opposite: one senior advisor who owns your file, every cost in writing before you commit, and your information going only where you approve. It is a slower way to run a brokerage and a better way to place capital.

One advisor, one file
A single senior advisor handles your file from first call to funding. No handoffs, no call center, no re-explaining your business to a stranger every week.
The whole cost, in writing
Every offer comes with total payback in dollars, the payment schedule, and how it compares to the alternatives. If a cheaper product fits you, that is the one we place.
Your data is not inventory
Your file goes only to lenders you approve. No resale, no lead networks, no hard credit pull without written consent. That is policy, not marketing.
ii.How we are paid
Lending partners pay us a placement fee when your deal funds. You do not pay to apply, and if any fee ever applies on your side of a transaction, you will see it in writing before you sign. The full picture lives on our disclosures page, in plain English, where it belongs.
