Disclosures
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Most funding sites bury this page. We think reading it should make you more comfortable, not less, so here it is in plain English.
We are a broker, not a lender
TFM Capital, a brand of JZNI International Holdings LLC, arranges commercial financing between businesses and third-party lending partners. We do not lend our own money, make credit decisions, or issue approvals. Every rate, term, and funding decision is made by the lending partner that funds your deal.
How we are paid
Lending partners pay us a placement fee when a transaction funds. This is the standard model in commercial finance, and it means you do not pay us to apply. If any fee is ever payable by you on a specific transaction, it will be disclosed to you in writing before you sign anything. If nothing funds, you owe us nothing.
No guarantees
Approval is never guaranteed. Funding amounts, speeds, and costs shown on this site are typical 2026 market ranges, not offers, and your actual terms depend on underwriting by the lending partner. Statements like “funding in as little as 24 hours” describe the fastest typical case, not every case.
About working capital advances
A working capital advance, commonly called a merchant cash advance, is a purchase of future receivables at a factor rate. It is not a loan and does not carry an interest rate. Because the fee is fixed, the shorter the repayment period, the higher the equivalent annual cost. We show you the total payback in dollars, the payment schedule, and an approximate annualized cost before you sign, precisely because this product is so often misunderstood.
State disclosure laws
Several states, including California, New York, Georgia, Virginia, Utah, Florida, Connecticut, and Kansas, require specific cost disclosures on certain commercial financing offers. Where these laws apply to your transaction, the funding provider’s formal disclosure controls, and nothing on this site replaces it. Our services may not be available in every state.
Credit inquiries
Prequalification through TFM Capital uses a soft credit inquiry only. Hard inquiries occur only if you authorize a lending partner to proceed, with your explicit written consent.
Communications
Submitting a funding request with the consent box checked authorizes TFM Capital to contact you about your request by phone, text, and email. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Consent is not a condition of funding.
